Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you have 1 day from delivery to initiate a return. Due to the nature of hemp products, all sales are final.
How Returns Work:
- Contact us within 1 day of delivery to start your return
- We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund minus a 20% restocking fee
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
What Can Be Returned:
• Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Quality Guarantee: All our products are third-party lab tested and come with Certificates of Analysis (COAs). If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at admin@iamhemp.co with photos—we'll make it right without any restocking fee.
