No Chargeback Policy
Communication First: By completing this purchase, you agree to contact our customer service team directly at admin@iamhemp.co to resolve any issues or concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to addressing all customer concerns promptly and fairly. Also, using an alias or ordering products under someone else’s name has consequences. We will not credit or refund anyone that ask for replacement products, refunds, cancelled orders, or any type of compensation for a faulty product or a mistake made by IAH Inc. If you cannot provide ID that matches the billing address of the card used for those complaints or concerns our hands are tied.
Chargeback Consequences: Chargebacks filed without prior contact and reasonable opportunity for us to resolve the issue will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending orders, and may incur additional processing and administrative fees (up to $25 per chargeback). Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and reporting to chargeback prevention databases.
Final Sale Terms: All sales are final 24 hrs after you’ve order has been confirmed. We stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you to address any legitimate concerns about product quality, shipping errors, or order discrepancies.
Product Returns: Due to the nature of hemp products and health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered items. We will never ask you to return a product and fulfilled cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us before attempting a product return.
Resolution Timeframe: For order issues, cancellations, refund requests, or product concerns, please reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order or discovering the issue. We typically respond within 1-2 business days and will work diligently to find a fair resolution.
